Description
Required for busy hotel property- Relevant qualification/training + 35 years' experience in same/similar role
- Wellspoken with excellent people, communication and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Opera, Micros, F&B shop/similar cost control software
- Thorough knowledge of procurement policies, stock control procedures, recipe costing, stock auditing procedures
- Able to work shifts
