    Job Summary

    As a seasoned IT Security Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, you will be responsible for supporting the FirstRand Bank Information Risk awareness program and ensuring that FirstRand staff are aware of information security risks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support IT Security leaders in participating in the FirstRand Bank Information Risk awareness program.
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members, providing expert advice and consulting on all aspects of IT security.
    • Deliver exceptional service through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
    • Comply with and implement IT Information Security Processes and Procedures, meeting governance requirements.
    • Assist in implementing control mechanisms to enable Information Security Services to monitor the status of information security within FirstRand.
    • Ensure accurate analysis, research, and reporting on information security matters.

    Requirements

    • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment.
    • Mainframe experience is essential.
