    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to support our operational team

    This role is an integral part of achieving one of our key strategic aims: delivering high-quality, accurate, and efficient client query resolution. To provide outstanding service, you will require not only strong technical knowledge but also the ability to adopt and build automations and integrations to create new operational efficiencies and scalable processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    You Will:

    • Provide excellent client and employee technical support, including resolving complex issues and exceeding expectations
    • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and contribute to customer base growth
    • Utilize a professional and client-centric approach to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience
    • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and features
    • Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements

    You Have:

    • Relevant qualifications in fields such as law, accounting, finance, or economics
    • Excellent academic results
    • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
    • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • High energy, positive attitude, and self-starter mentality
    • Experience with technology, particularly Monday.com and Zendesk
