Role purpose:


EHOD Prepaid CVM Base Management is responsible for defining and executing the prepaid strategy as it relates to base management, cross-sell, and up-sell.

This involves leading and managing a team of up to 5 direct reports and a department of 10 to 15 staff to achieve CVM strategic and commercial objectives.


Your responsibilities will include:

Define, consolidate, and obtain approval for annual and quarterly Customer Value Management strategy / commercial roadmap
Input into the Consumer Business Unit and Vodacom strategy / commercial roadmap
Execute and deliver on the Customer Value Management strategy and commercial roadmap
Responsible for delivering P&L and key commercial targets for specific consumer segments
Customer Lifecycle Management throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle - acquisition, x/up/deep-sell of products and services, customer retention and win-back


Must have technical / professional qualifications:3-year Degree or National Diploma in mathematics, statistics, engineering, informatics, or other relevant degree essential and
A minimum of 8-10+ years relevant working experience essential inclusive of:2 years people leadership experience (essential)
Direct and/or traditional Marketing (essential)
Telecommunication industry (advantageous)


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Excellent knowledge of advanced analytics principles in a marketing environment
Experience working in a commercial role with P&L accountability
