Inform head office of site irregularities and do thorough and consistent reports
Staff Management:
Weekly training on policies and procedures
Make sure employee contracts are in place as well as leave schedules
Disciplinary action and proper records thereof
Staff performance Management
Explain and sign off policies and procedures with staff
Budgets
Attend head office meetings
Ensure site is well maintained and secure
Monitor camera footage and investigate irregularities (continous)
Make sure generator is working and has fuel (daily)
Collect monthly rent
Make sure that toilets, showers and rooms are cleaned and well maintained
Monitor water, electricity and data consumption
Send reports to head office
Shop:
Train cashiers on systems and procedures
Check cash up on the shop - explain and sign off variances to head office
Check cash drop off to safe
Check that ATM drops are done on the correct code
Check that cashier counts cigarettes at the start of every shift
Cigarettes to be signed out of the safe by cashier
Set up rolling stock count
Stock variances to be accounted for
Manage stock issue book
Ensure the storeroom is locked at all times
Ensure security gate is always closed
Make sure that nobody other than the cashier and store manager are behind the cashier
Parking:
Ensure access is limited between 6am and 6pm
Ensure that guard takes registration number of all vehicles
Ensure that exiting cars have cash / card slip
Ensure that guard does regular patrols
Ensure that night shift supervisor patrols at the end of each shift and writes down registration number of each vehicle parked
Kitchen:
Ensure that stock taken from the store room is signed for
Assist with meal plans and costings
Check portioning
Ensure that kitchen remains safe an hygienic
Strong reporting skills
5 years experience required
Salary - R35 000pm plus accommodation
