    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Entry-Level Retail Sales Agent to assist customers, promote products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and offer assistance as they enter the store.
    • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
    • Provide detailed information about products and services.
    • Handle sales transactions efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
    • Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
    • Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
    • Assist in setting up promotional displays and in-store events.
    • Follow all safety and security procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
