    Job Title: Receptionist

    We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Yellosa. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests positively and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
    • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
    • Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
    • Provide basic and accurate information via phone, email, or in-person.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Certification in Office Management is an advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a Receptionist or Office Management role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc).
