- Maintain the electronic filing system on HR Sharepoint.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and confidentiality within the HR function.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the direct line manager.
- Complete ad hoc administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Minimum academic qualification: Grade 12.
- HR qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 2-year experience in administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service delivery culture.
- Well-developed administrative, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on and practical approach with attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative.
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Proficiency in English (read, speak, write).
- Knowledge of process flow within a professional environment.
