Sales Manager for Commercial Trucks

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Manager to join our client's team in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the commercial truck industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive a thriving sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Maintain and develop existing relationships with key customers and prospects.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue growth.

Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within the commercial vehicle industry.
Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in commercial vehicles, preferably with knowledge and experience of DAF, FAW, PowerStar, UD, and Iveco trucks.
Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.

About You:

You possess a strong understanding of the commercial truck industry and its trends.
You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
You are results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.

Salary Range:

R 600,000 - R 800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
