    • Oversee the property portfolio through property management teams.
    • Identify and implement capital expenditure measures to optimize portfolio performance.
    • Compile reports for fund managers and investors on portfolio performance.
    • Maintain relationships with tenants and industry stakeholders through effective lease application and negotiation.
    • Negotiate lease renewals and new leases to maximize profitability.
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor forecasts, and control expenses.
    • Ensure efficient management of multiple properties to minimize risk and maximize profits.
    • Monitor the performance of assigned properties, minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
    • Assist in negotiating new lettings, lease renewals, and finance agreements.
    • Support senior asset managers in daily operations, focusing on liaison with property managers.
    • Collaborate with Asset Managers and Property Management teams to ensure smooth and efficient asset management.
    • Publish and adhere to financial budgets for properties in the portfolio. Participate actively in budget planning with the Property Finance Team.
    • Be responsible for the financial management of properties.
    • Liaise with investment accounts and other internal staff on all property-related matters.
    • Create policy documents as needed and continually strive to improve performance and reporting standards.
    • Verify valuations received on assigned properties and provide supporting data.
    • Negotiate with third-party suppliers to secure optimal value.
    • Inform senior management of activities, issues that arise, proposed solutions, and potential impacts.
    • Manage risks within the portfolio and take timely action to maximize returns and efficient resource use.
    • Contribute to preparing business cases for relevant proposed expenditures, outlining rationale, program, resources required, and budget.
    • Assist in managing third-party design teams to produce optimized design solutions for properties, maximizing returns and minimizing risks such as planning, construction, and development.
    • Ensure availability of full and detailed procedure notes for all functions and review work according to procedures.

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
