    Description

    Role Overview

    The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading, managing and growing the business unit. This includes overseeing a team of specialists, engineers, account managers, pricing specialists, technical specialists and administrative staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accountable for all aspects of client service contracts, including sales, account management and project management.
    • Drive revenue, sales and solutions within the client services domain.
    • Apply for tenders and leverage expertise in the ICT sector to develop and sustain the business unit.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the ICT sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
    • Extensive knowledge of client service operations, including end-user devices and resource contracts.
    • Proven track record of successful revenue generation and sales management.

    Technical Expertise

    • Familiarity with major vendors such as Dell, HP, Huawei, Veeam and Lenovo.
