To perform onsite hardware, software and peripheral updates and ensure repairs in our organisation
experience and qualifications:
Degree or Diploma and the required IT Certification

Years related experience
additional requirements:

Manage the support desk, resolving 1st and 2nd line calls from customers on the Whats Watt system.
Ability to manage and maintain System monitoring tasks of the system to ensure optimal system health.
Work as a good liason person for the daily support calls, ensuring calls are closed timeously and feedback provided to the customer.
