- To perform onsite hardware, software and peripheral updates and ensure repairs in our organisation
experience and qualifications: - Degree or Diploma and the required IT Certification
Years related experience
additional requirements:
- Manage the support desk, resolving 1st and 2nd line calls from customers on the Whats Watt system.
- Ability to manage and maintain System monitoring tasks of the system to ensure optimal system health.
- Work as a good liason person for the daily support calls, ensuring calls are closed timeously and feedback provided to the customer.
