Job Overview:


A sought-after and well-established organisation _located in Pretoria East_ requires the expertise of a
_Senior Manager - Digital Business Enablers, __which forms part of the Digital Transformation business unit.

_


Position Overview:


The purpose of this role is to
evaluate market disruptions or
trends and support businesses with
defining plans to address or analyse data.


  • This is a crossfunctional role where they will be responsible for _
    _digital change management, agile project practitioners and business analysts__. _
  • Responsible for _
    _determining business needs, direct and provide guidance__ on the appropriate _
    _digital solutions/options to adequately support the business._

_ The Senior Manager - Digital Business Enablers __will be responsible for key role players within the Digital Transformation business unit (DT BU) and other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure _
_alignment of processes and successful integration of multiple work streams__, _
_resources__ and _
_projects across the entire organisation__._

  • They will be required to _
    _interact and engage__ with _
    _multiple internal senior stakeholders __and _
    _external stakeholders__ in the _
    _delivery of the Digital Transformation products and services._

Key Performance Areas:


  • Provide
    strategic inputs to the
    strategy of the business unit (BU) and
    manage the output of the
    centre to ensure implementation of the BU balance scorecard (BSC) initiatives.

Develop, drive and manage the delivery of the digital transformation (DT) strategy and determine innovative solutions.
-
Establish, manage and oversee appropriate
governance, stakeholder engagement plans and communication for designated projects within the DT business unit and portfolio.
-
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-
Compile the centre budget and contribute to the development of the business unit's budget.
-
Build and
maintain strategic relationships/partnerships with the relevant stakeholders and research institutions that enhance the digital transformation value proposition.

Provide leadership and
direction for
_the centre and manage team performance_ to drive productivity.


Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:


Minimum Requirements:

-
Minimum Postgraduate Qualification, NQF8.
-
Stakeholder management experience is essential.

Client account management experience.

  • Experience in the
    delivery of Digital Solutions (RPA, AI)

  • Experience in
    Digital Transformation of Assurance functions
:

Experience in Auditing and the Audit Lifecycle
:


  • Knowledge and
    experience in
    current Emerging Technologies and their relevance in
    digitally transforming the audit and assurance functions.
  • Experience in
    design thinking and innovation.
  • Experience in
    process improvement for
    design and efficiency upliftment in the
    assurance area

  • Experience in
    Digitally Transforming Audit Functions of Audit Firms
:

experience is required.
