    Salary: R30k - R50k

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
    • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
    • Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets quality and industry standards.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project costs, control expenses, and report on budget variances.
    • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

    Qualifications and Experience:
