    We are seeking a skilled and versatile Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at CallForce in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our international customer service team, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer-facing problems and providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients, resolving issues and queries in a timely and effective manner.
    • Assist passengers with booking confirmations and re-scheduling, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
    • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels, driving business growth and success.

    Requirements:

    • Native or advanced level in Dutch, German, or French language, with verbal and written skills essential.
    • Permanent residence permit or South African ID holder.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Computer literacy and technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
