Job Title:
Social media / admin assistant
Skills Required/ Qualifications:
- Must have completed matric (Grade 12)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have own transport
- Proficient in speaking English and Afrikaans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to type at a medium to fast speed.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be able to selfmanage and be proactive.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be articulate and able to write well
- Must be able to work remotely from home and office.
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to keep confidential information private and not discuss the work with other people
- Must be willing to attend meetings in person daily if needed.
- Must have previous social media experience and have the ability to think creative and proactive when it comes to social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage social media accounts
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Keep the employer's schedule and calendar organized
- Take on other administrative tasks as needed
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attend Baby Expos
- Communicate with warehouse regarding stock updates and client queries.
Salary:
R7, R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stellenbosch,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment (preferred)
