Job Title:
Social media / admin assistant


Skills Required/ Qualifications:


  • Must have completed matric (Grade 12)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have own transport
  • Proficient in speaking English and Afrikaans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to type at a medium to fast speed.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be able to selfmanage and be proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be articulate and able to write well
  • Must be able to work remotely from home and office.
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to keep confidential information private and not discuss the work with other people
  • Must be willing to attend meetings in person daily if needed.
  • Must have previous social media experience and have the ability to think creative and proactive when it comes to social media content.

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and manage social media accounts
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Keep the employer's schedule and calendar organized
  • Take on other administrative tasks as needed
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Attend Baby Expos
  • Communicate with warehouse regarding stock updates and client queries.

Salary:
R7, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stellenbosch,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment (preferred)
