    Duties & Responsibilities

    Key Program Management Deliverables:

    • Provide strategic guidance and support to multiple workstreams and sub-projects.
    • Establish standardization for reporting across the organization.
    • Develop a comprehensive strategic overview.
    • Maintain daily program management throughout the project life cycle.
    • Define program/project governance structure, including controls.
    • Plan the overall program/project scope and monitor progress.
    • Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects.
    • Coordinate project interdependencies and manage stakeholders' communication.
    • Align deliverables with program outcomes in collaboration with the business change manager.
    • Maintain accurate program/project documentation, including initiation documents.

    Program Manager Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in project management.
    • Proven track record of managing project teams, inclusive of vendors and suppliers.
    • Able to make key decisions that impact the program or project.
    • Experience managing financials for complex projects.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent understanding of project and program management best practices.
    • Able to analyze complex data and identify innovative solutions.
    • High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
