Administrative Receptionist & CCTV OperatorKey Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor CCTV cameras to oversee the security of the premises.
Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage and security incidents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of administrative and security processes.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles and/or as a receptionist.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and experience in operating them effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Remuneration Package:
R R per month depending on Qualifications, experience and work history.
