    We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Inospace's office, industrial, and business park properties.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance while aligning with the broader objectives set by the Company.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Client-Centric Operations: Lead a culture of exceptional client service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
    • Leasing and Client Relations: Drive leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and client satisfaction, developing strong relationships with clients and implementing feedback mechanisms.
    • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant community within Inospace's business parks through events, networking opportunities, and collaborative initiatives.
    • Financial Management: Collaborate with the Regional Portfolio Manager and financial team to develop property operating budgets and implement strategies to control costs and optimize financial performance.
    • Team and Supplier Management: Lead a team of Community Managers and collaborate with suppliers within your portfolio.

    Requirements:

    Must be a South African Citizen.

    Previous experience in a customer-focused role in a similar environment.

    Real estate or property experience running business/commercial spaces operationally required.
