    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers using persuasive arguments.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs.
    • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Respond to customer leads through cold calling and expedite problem resolution to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Cordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

    Requirements:

    • Post Graduate diploma/degree.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative.
    • Experience in FMCG is beneficial.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Own vehicle essential.
    • Computer literate (Excel intermediate).

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:15. Staff may be required to work outside normal stipulated hours due to the nature of duties.
