    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team at datafin. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and simplifying complex processes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, offering support and additional training as needed.
    2. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies for utilizing our software effectively.
    3. Focus on educating clients about the flexibility and capabilities of our software, encouraging long-term engagement with our services.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Proven ability to handle large volumes of data with ease.
    2. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
    3. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
    4. Training and educational expertise, with a focus on adult learning principles.
    5. Technical aptitude to understand software solution functionality and make informed recommendations.
    6. Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.

    Bonus Skills:

    1. Operational experience in rental management, including property maintenance and lease administration.
    2. In-depth knowledge of relevant rental legislation and laws.
