Our Company is looking for a Junior Travel Consultant to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning and organizing amazing holidays for clients, based on understanding their needs.
  • Meeting company sales and profit targets
  • Overseeing the booking process through to completion
  • Creating holiday proposals
  • Organizing prearrival arrangements for clients
  • Provide customers with exceptional aftersales service
  • Advise clients of the correct payment plan
  • Quote Luxury products to our clients over the phone
  • Administration

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Tourism
  • Experience Galileo system
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Salary depending on experience.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Epping,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Diploma (required)

Experience:


  • Galileo: 2 years (required)
  • Travel: 2 years (preferred)
Travel Customer Service: 2 years (required)
