    Job Title: IT Support Specialist
    Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing software support, providing desktop support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include assisting the Azure Operations team, managing service-level agreements, and providing comprehensive support for software applications.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Assist the Azure Operations team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
    2. Manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and optimization of cloud services.
    3. Provide direct desktop support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
    4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and system performance.
    5. Ensure that IT systems are fully operational by performing regular system checks and updates.

    Requirements:
    Experience:
    1. 2+ years experience in software support, server administration, and desktop support.
    2. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
    3. Strong understanding of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance management.

    Technical Skills:
    1. Extensive experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
    2. Proficiency in managing cloud services and Azure infrastructure.
    3. Knowledge of network engineering and IT systems management.

    Education:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Higher Certificate in Information Systems Network Engineering, Information Technology or Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
