    Description

    ELECTRICIAN ELCONOP 2

    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Perform duties of an installation electrician

    • Electrical tester for singlephase, an electrician/artisan or an Elconop
    • Placing and drawing in of conductors into wireways
    • Installing and connecting of lighting, cooker, water heater and low voltage systems including systemized and/or innovative wiring systems, the connection of distribution boards
    • Installing of under floor heating systems
    - jointing of cables using epoxy or other approved means, as well as the connection of such cables on installations where the supply has been switched off

    • Simple arc gas welding
    • Performing the work of an electrical assistant, general assistant or Elconop assisting a master installation electrician, installation electrician, electrical tester for single phase, an electrician/artisan and an Elconop

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Qualified as an electrician
    • 23 years working experience
