**Job Title:** Commercial Busses Senior Workshop Foreman

• **Qualifications:**
  Grade 12
  Qualified Diesel Mechanic
  Valid Code EC (or EC1 0.4 or C) Driver's license
  PDP
  Experience in auto electrical systems is an advantage
• **Key Responsibilities:**

• Implement vehicle maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability of commercial busses
• Manage and control the vehicle fleet, optimizing utilization and minimizing downtime
• Oversee human resource allocation, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands
• Prepare regular reports for management on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and other key metrics
• Ensure that all vehicles are available for use as required, maintaining a high level of readiness and availability
• Verify the roadworthiness of all vehicles, conducting regular inspections to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide after-hours support to service technicians, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that may arise outside normal working hours
