Description

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.

YOU MUST HAVE RELEVANT MOTOR TRADE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE, FOR EXAMPLE AT A DEALERSHIP LIKE TOYOTA / BMW ETC.

This position is based at a dealership which is part of a large motor group.

This is a very busy workshop / service department and you will have to think on your feet :
)

Salary package is negotiable based on experience and training completed.

Requirements:

Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years
specific brand experience and training required

Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Automate
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
Clear criminal record
Valid driver's license
Matric / Senior Certificate qualification
Willingness to work weekends

Package includes Basic Salary (negotiable based on current / last) + very good incentive scheme + Medical aid and provident fund contributions.
