Applicants will be expected to perform leadership role as well as diverse roles within the office in various project stages and work in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline project teams as well as various stakeholders and therefore will need to satisfy the following criteria:
Proficiency in Archicad / Revit, AutoCad and Microsoft Office is essential.

Strong analytical and creative design ability as well as technical problem-solving capabilities.

Sound knowledge of building regulations, design and construction detailing, and Local Authority submission requirements.

The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good time management skills

Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take responsibility for delivery commitment.

Effective interpersonal and a high standard of communication skills

Proficiency in rendering software and presentation program experience is beneficial

Site supervision experience is advantageous.

Driver's license a must. Own vehicle an advantage.


Responsibilities:

Leadership skills are essential

Full involvement in projects from initiation to completion.

Conceptual design, submission drawings, construction drawings, detailing and co-ordination, Conduct site inspections and compile quality inspection reports

The ability to lead professional teams, internal teams and consultants

Oversee and make recommendations/problem solve throughout the construction period

Communicate with all project stakeholders
