L&D Facilitator
Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join our L&D Team.
The key area of responsibility for this role will be facilitating of training in a physical environment on site.
Key Competencies required for this role will include:
- Partnering with Clients
- Assessing performance needs
- Designing curricula/learning frameworks
- Designing learning experiences
- Facilitating Learning
- Supporting transfer of learning
- Evaluating Learning
- Strong planning, organizing and time management skills;
- High proficiency in verbal & written English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Minimum Criteria:
- Matric essential
- Human Resource or L&D qualification would be advantageous
- At least 1 year of training of facilitation experience in similar environment
