CONTACT CENTRE AGENT

CALL CENTRE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Grade 12 with English and Afrikaans
  • Call Centre Certificate advantageous
  • Good attendance and Reliability

BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Minimum of 12 years call centre/ customer service experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:


  • Communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
  • Customer services orientation.
  • Telephonic etiquette.
  • Multitasking skill
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Stress tolerance
  • Knowledge of at least 2 different languages.
  • Computer literate

CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:


  • Handle telephone queries.
  • Record all calls received.
  • Attend to all claims queries received for the Funds.
  • Utilising the documents system correctly (Oculus).
  • Basic understanding of MIBFA funds
  • Posting and faxing requested documents.
  • Forward queries to departments and give feedback to members.
  • Assisting companies with electronic submission of contributions

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
R180, R230,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Call Centre: 3 years (preferred)
