PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Ensuring that the company and its employee comply with the relevant laws & regulations.

Qualifications:

Degree in Legal/ Commercial / audit qualification.
Compliance Practitioner (CPRAC) Compulsory.

Experience:

5 Years experience in Compliance or Risk Management/ related field.
Experience in either Compliance Monitoring or Business process Auditing activities in the Chemical Mining / Manufacturing / Mineral Industries.

Responsibilities:

Managing and controlling all aspects of Compliance within in the Company.
Developing and maintaining risk database.
Updating and maintaining CURA Management and Compliance Risk system.
Providing reports as and when required by Management, the Board of Auditors.
Compliance Monitoring.
