    Sales Executive Position

    Location: Cape Town

    We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the offices located in the heart of Cape Town's city bowl. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and making a positive impact, with strong communication skills.

    The role involves:

    • Customer Interaction: Providing empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable support to customers. This includes actively listening to their needs, offering tailored solutions, and explaining how our company can make their lives easier.
    • Sales and Upselling: Building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell by highlighting the full range of services offered. Providing value and ensuring the customer feels they're getting a great deal will make a difference in conversions.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitoring metrics such as calls, conversions, and revenue to stay on track and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaboration with Manager: Staying open to feedback and new ideas for improving sales strategies through regular discussions with your manager.
    • Customer Feedback & Market Insights: Gathering feedback from customers and staying attuned to any trends or changes in the market to continuously improve our offerings and stay ahead of competitors.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
    • Good tenure in a similar role
    • At least 3 years of experience in contact centre sales to UK customers
    • Currently employed
    • Two contactable references
    • ITC and criminal clearance
    • South African citizenship

    Shift Pattern:

    April - September: Monday - Friday 00am - 9.00pm, Saturday - Sunday 9.00pm - 7.00pm

    October - March: Monday - Friday 10.00am - 10.00pm, Saturday - Sunday 10.00am - 8.00pm
