    Key Responsibilities

    1. Customer Service Provider: Deliver exceptional service to internal or external customers.
    2. External Consultant: Offer expert advice on products and services to customers and external business partners.

    4. Analyst: Analyze qualitative or quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least 10 years' experience in the stock broking environment, preferably with a good understanding of JSE systems and financial markets, including BDA, MIT, and Nutron systems.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Effective communication and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Resourceful problem-solving and networking skills.
    • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with peers, subordinates, and managers.
    • Ability to communicate complex information effectively orally.
