Job Title: GCC Factory Engineer

A leading FMCG company requires a GCC Factory Engineer for their Estcourt, KZN factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment technical integrity and availability comply with regulations.
• Implement Good Engineering Practices consistently.
• Maintain and implement repairs/modifications based on gap analysis findings.
• Provide direct coaching to mechanics on machinery operation skills, focusing on Hygienic engineering requirements.
• Foster ethical conduct, adhering to community, consumer, company, and engineering profession standards, maintaining fairness and competitiveness.
• Evaluate and maintain client requirements in line with business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical field, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Degree/Diploma in engineering (4-year), preferably mechanical or electrical, and a government-issued competency ticket for factories is mandatory.
