    Key Role:

    Customer Success Consultant - Accounting

    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Emporium Human Capital as a Customer Success Consultant - Accounting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage tailored training plans for clients, ensuring their specific needs are met and goals achieved.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of all customers undergoing training, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to successfully deliver each training project, from inception to completion.
    • Communicate key successes and areas for improvement to internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Provide comprehensive system training to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our solutions.
    • Offer exceptional customer support, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through system features and functionalities.
    • Support the preparation and uploading of data for new customers onto our system.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Training/Education or Consulting, preferably in Accounting or related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and accounting software packages.
    • Intermediate Excel skills.
    • Previous customer service/support experience is advantageous.
    • Prior experience in the Property/Rental sector is an added advantage.
