Description

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Driver's License & Own Transport

Liaising with customers regarding product pricing, stock availability, quotations, pro forma invoices, receipt of orders and manufacturing lead times.

Processing sales orders into works orders and picking slips.

Issuing works orders for label printing and checking verifying labels before they are sent to factories.

Issuing picking slips to dispatch department for collection / delivery.

Assisting with price increases by sending price increase notifications and price lists to customers and updating prices on Pastel

Archiving of orders and invoices
**Opening of new files for the next year
