Description

Requirements:

Degree or Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Chemistry/ Biochemistry / Microbiology / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years relevant technical sales experience with relevant tertiary chemical qualification, or 10 years relevant experience.
Valid Driver's license
Willing to reside or relocate to area of Mooinooi

Duties:

Account Management
Ensure product stewardship of a specific account/accounts.

SHERQ Management

Maintain and improve SHERQ performance to deliver targeted sales at the lowest possible risk to the company.
Ensure sustainability and growth of a specific account/accounts.
Attending area / customer weekly or fortnightly planning / safety meetings
Allocating weekly planning time to ensure Account activities are prioritized and executing planned activities assigned at area planning meetings.
Establishing relationships at appropriate levels based on faith and trust.
Obtaining and using knowledge of customers' systems to ensure programmes function optimally.
Continually look for other business opportunities within the current Account.
Problemsolving of customer, system and product issues.
Assisting in conducting laboratory trials to optimize current business.
Executing Service Plans by ensuring daily work is executed and providing customerdriven service as necessary.
Effectively resolving customer complaints assigned for resolution.
Preparation of customer service reports as directed and submitting in timely manner.
Generates and maintains uptodate process data, system diagrams, and customer organizational charts.
Creating a written plan containing requirements and measurements with the customer (Transition Workshop, Service Plan, Evaluation Plan or formal letter)
Application for HIRA (Hazzard Identification and Risk Assessment) acceptance and signoff (this may take up to 2 hours per HIRA)
Housekeeping in chemical storage area as well as our analyses container
