Requirements:


  • Degree or Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Chemistry/ Biochemistry / Microbiology / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant technical sales experience with relevant tertiary chemical qualification, or 10 years relevant experience.
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Willing to reside or relocate to area of Mooinooi

Duties:


  • Account Management
  • Ensure product stewardship of a specific account/accounts.


  • SHERQ Management

  • Maintain and improve SHERQ performance to deliver targeted sales at the lowest possible risk to the company.
  • Ensure sustainability and growth of a specific account/accounts.
  • Attending area / customer weekly or fortnightly planning / safety meetings
  • Allocating weekly planning time to ensure Account activities are prioritized and executing planned activities assigned at area planning meetings.
  • Establishing relationships at appropriate levels based on faith and trust.
  • Obtaining and using knowledge of customers' systems to ensure programmes function optimally.
  • Continually look for other business opportunities within the current Account.
  • Problemsolving of customer, system and product issues.
  • Assisting in conducting laboratory trials to optimize current business.
  • Executing Service Plans by ensuring daily work is executed and providing customerdriven service as necessary.
  • Effectively resolving customer complaints assigned for resolution.
  • Preparation of customer service reports as directed and submitting in timely manner.
  • Generates and maintains uptodate process data, system diagrams, and customer organizational charts.
  • Creating a written plan containing requirements and measurements with the customer (Transition Workshop, Service Plan, Evaluation Plan or formal letter)
  • Application for HIRA (Hazzard Identification and Risk Assessment) acceptance and signoff (this may take up to 2 hours per HIRA)
  • Housekeeping in chemical storage area as well as our analyses container
