    Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay, with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean nearby.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process new staff onboarding and capture information on the payroll system.
    • Maintain employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations.
    • Prioritize monthly payment reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
    • Assist with Provident Fund withdrawal forms and maintain accurate records.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant qualification in HR/Payroll or Finance.
    • Matric certification.
    • 2-4 years of payroll administration experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
    • Expertise in SAGE VIP and psiber payroll systems.
