A reputable company is urgently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its dynamic team in Ballito.


Duties

• Inspect buildings, equipment and appliances for functionality
• Checking for faults and propose repair plan
• Conduct painting, electrical, carpentry, building and plumbing repairs
• Oversee & Monitor subcontractors working on site
• Ensure that properties are safe and void of any danger to their occupants, visitors, and workers by putting away harmful objects and equipment,
• Maintain open communication with property owners, Body Corporates
• Oversee cleaning and preparation of vacated buildings and rooms, getting them ready for new occupants to move in
• Design plan and schedule for works to be executed on properties

Requirements:

- +5 years working experience in Maintenance

• Drivers licence and willing to travel
• Experience in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Building & Painting
• Available immediately

Skills & Knowledge

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A good level of numeracy
• Ability to plan and manage priorities
• Ability to respond quickly, effectively and flexibly
• Able to work on own initiative

Salary:
From R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
