We are seeking a strategic and proactive Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR team.As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to our organization's success.
This position requires a blend of recruitment expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Drive endtoend recruitment processes for various departments, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and highquality talent, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights on market trends, talent landscape, and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring quality and costeffective services.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in talent acquisition projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruitment business partner or senior recruiter in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and employment laws.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and credibility.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisionmaking.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
