We are seeking a strategic and proactive Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR team.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to our organization's success.

This position requires a blend of recruitment expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Drive endtoend recruitment processes for various departments, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and highquality talent, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights on market trends, talent landscape, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring quality and costeffective services.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in talent acquisition projects as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a recruitment business partner or senior recruiter in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and employment laws.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and credibility.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
