    **Job Title:** OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Reports to: PORTFOLIO MANAGER

    Business Unit: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    Main Purpose and Objective:

    The key responsibilities of this role include inspecting buildings, managing and controlling service- and maintenance contractors, overseeing tenant installations, and executing building-related activities as directed by the Property Manager and Centre Manager.

    Decision Making Authority:

    This position requires decision-making based on knowledge of theory and systems, with choices limited to a predefined array of systems, routines, or rules. Decisions are guided by specific policies and guidelines.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities/Operations Management
    • A minimum qualification of Grade 12
    • An Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction background, along with relevant technical skills
