    We are a specialist media agency with a focus on radio and TV.

    We are seeking a Media Sales Specialist with TV and radio media sales experience to drive our advertising initiatives across these platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow a portfolio of new advertisers
    • Increase sales and drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and client decision-makers
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
    • Presentation of compelling pitches to secure high-value advertising deals, tailored to the clients' needs
    • Collaboration with the internal team for seamless results, from pitching to campaign executions
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in media advertising

    Requirements:

    • At least five years of sales experience in the media advertising space
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and attract new advertisers
    • Excellent skills in identifying and developing new business opportunities and solutions
    • Strong relationship-building and client-centric approach
    • Good knowledge of the South African Radio and TV industry
    • Self-motivation, accountability, and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication
    • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
