  • We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager to join our Support Division.

Key Responsibilities:


  • The role of a service delivery manager in IT is to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner to meet the needs of the business and its customers. The service delivery manager is responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to ensure that they are aligned with the business needs and are of high quality.
  • The specific responsibilities of a service delivery manager may include:
  • Defining service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring their performance
  • Managing the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the agreed upon SLAs and are of high quality Developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Coordinating with other IT teams to ensure that service delivery is seamless
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to service delivery
  • Managing the budget for service delivery and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
