THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Supporting the Legal Operations Manager within the Transactions Team across the UK and EMEA region (the " Region") including:
  • Building, updating and maintaining HighQ and/or SharePoint deal rooms and data sites
  • Branding and designing sites to support transaction management of large and complex matters
  • Developing user support materials
  • Providing desk side user support to the practice groups
  • Designing monitoring and managing automated workflows
  • Design of data visualisations
  • Managing user groups, site security and access
  • Integrating automation and workflow solutions using Contract Express, Neota Logic or Kira
  • Supporting in the delivery of structured legal project and transaction management
  • Assisting in our response to pitches and requests for proposals to deliver legal mandates using legal technologies
Working with the Legal Operations Manager to manage document automation or AI projects and serving as immediate stakeholder and interface to the transaction team


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • An organised and practical mindset with the ability to see the big picture

  • 3 years plus working experience (law firm environment preferred) or a strong but untested technical background or qualification
  • Strong technical skills (experience with Excel and Word essential; experience with Sharepoint or HighQ required)
