Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling:

Create and oversee the production schedule to ensure optimal use of resources and timely delivery of products.

Resource Allocation:

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all production activities adhere to the FSSC certification standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and mentor the production team to achieve set objectives and maintain highquality standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas of improvement in the production process and implement effective solutions.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on production metrics, including volume, efficiency, waste, and downtime.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align production with market demand.
Inherent Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Production Planner or Production Manager in the food manufacturing sector.
Indepth understanding of FSSC certification requirements.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make quick decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Familiarity with production planning tools and software.
