    Job Title: Sales Consultant

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As the voice of our company, you will help customers with their inquiries and provide information about our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking for a rewarding career in a supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously
    • Objectively address customer concerns
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Achieve individual and team performance targets
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

    Requirements:

    • Matric or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer skills
    • Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
