About the Role

The Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Development Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing business development services to micro and small enterprises.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Provide business advice and guidance to micro and small enterprises.
Conduct business assessments and develop business plans.
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities for micro and small enterprises.
Build relationships with stakeholders and partners to support business development initiatives.

Requirements

National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or higher in Business Management/Commerce/Engineering/Project Management.
At least 3 years' experience in business consulting or related field. Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector.
Critical competencies: customer-oriented, sound written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, analytical skills, time management, goal-oriented, team player, planning and organizing, project management, decision-making, financial and business acumen.
