Our client is looking for a proactive Operations Manager to facilitate and conduct activities between diverse role players to drive inclusivity in designing and implementing the EPR scheme in WEEE, batteries and packaging materials.

This role would entail doing site visits and surveys to assess current challenges and opportunities of both informal and formal sectors.


Requirements:


  • Post graduate degree, Masters preferable and relevant work experience (sociology, waste management, environmental services, sustainability, economics, or engineering)
  • Experience in the formal and informal waste sector
  • Project management training and experience advantageous
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and waste providers preferred

Duties include:


  • Market research and data collection
  • Stakeholder identification, engagements and mapping
  • Report writing
