    Service Manager Role Overview

    The primary objective of a Service Manager is to establish strong relationships with clients during the initial stages of new projects, conduct comprehensive compliance reviews, and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. This role aims to secure long-term partnerships with clients for all their shipping requirements.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Bespoke Quoting and Project Management
      • Conduct thorough compliance reviews for new requests, collaborating with Research and Development and external parties to determine shipment requirements.
      • Manage the import of supplies for global clinical trials, ensuring seamless project execution.
      • Coordinate with internal support teams to deliver efficient service solutions.
      • Present innovative solutions to address client needs and ensure timely delivery.
      • Hand over completed projects to the service team or provide ongoing oversight.
    2. Customer Relationship Management
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
      • Communicate pre-compliance requirements to clients via regular calls.
      • Work closely with clients to manage key projects and ensure successful outcomes.
      • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
      • Effectively handle escalations and negotiate deals to drive business growth.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Professional Qualification (CA or Lawyer).
    • Demonstrated academic excellence.
