    Job Title: Facilities and Human Capital Coordinator

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's facilities and human capital needs in Gauteng, Pretoria.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee all facilities and office maintenance activities to ensure compliance with building and occupational standards.
    2. Coordinate procurement activities in accordance with SCM requirements, engaging departmental heads in approving and processing work orders.
    3. In collaboration with the GRC Office, design and implement effective Health, Safety, and Security procedures for the Office.
    4. Represent the Support function in the BCM Committee and disaster recovery engagements.
    5. Attend to compliance audits and measurements.
    6. Provide safe, prompt, and efficient driving and messenger services to the office.
    7. Ensure the office vehicle adheres to service maintenance intervals, repairs are attended to promptly, and it is always clean.
    8. Support the Human Capital team in coordinating office events and activities for effective execution.

    Requirements:

    1. A matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
    2. A valid Code 8/10 driver's license.
    3. A diploma or certificate in Facilities Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
    4. Certification in Occupational Health & Safety is advantageous.
    5. A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in Facilities Management and/or Human Capital Coordination.
