Job Advert Summary:

Packout Quality Controller shall ensure that company procedures relating to Food Safety and Quality measures are compiled to and ensure product is packed accordingly and safe.

Also responsible to ensure that the temperature of the carton freezer is accurate and on standard.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (matric)

years relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Checking of the product temperature exiting the freezers before sending it into holding.
Checking of pallet stacking presentation and recording of all pallets entering the holding room
Complete temperature checklists for freezer and product.
Followup of corrective actions.
Maintain the Quality Control Program.
Report workers not adhering to the required standard.
Carry out instructions given by Management regarding quality and hygiene.
Continuous monitoring of good practices inside the packing department.
